Joe has been in the hotel and pub trade for over 25 years, and has worked in every area of the business from chef (in all parts of the kitchen) to land lord and owner of his own business. Because he knows the whole of the trade he is very quick to spot any problems that might arise, as they do, even in the best run businesses. He greatly enjoys serving his customer and nothing makes his day more that the sight of happy satisfied people.
Joe knows and realises that without the best of staff he is unable to achieve his ultimate aim, so in his usual professional manner he has spent a good deal of time and much effort finding the best chefs and kitchen staff available,
